To access the full features of the oakbet Platform, including real-money games and withdrawals, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account with oakbet. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. oakbet reserves the right to close all related Accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection of duplicate Account activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify oakbet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. oakbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.
You must ensure that your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be submitted through the Account settings or by contacting oakbet support. oakbet reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending verification of updated information.
oakbet currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and USDT (Tether). Accepted methods are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (or equivalent in USDT). There is no maximum single deposit limit set by oakbet, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your oakbet Balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon clearance by the sending institution and may take up to one banking business day. USDT deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation (typically one to three confirmations depending on network conditions). oakbet does not charge deposit fees on the Platform side; your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees.
The primary account currency on oakbet is Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. oakbet assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation of a USDT deposit.
By making a deposit on oakbet, you confirm that the funds deposited belong to you, are not proceeds of any illegal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim. oakbet reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
Withdrawals of Real Funds are available to verified Users who have satisfied all applicable identity verification and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as Real Funds. oakbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are processed within one to two banking business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within one to three hours of approval. These timeframes are oakbet's internal processing targets and do not account for delays introduced by the recipient payment provider or network congestion in the case of USDT.
For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit where technically possible. oakbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in USDT). Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply based on account verification level and specific payment method constraints. Users seeking to withdraw amounts above standard limits should contact oakbet support in advance.
oakbet periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All games available on the oakbet Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before playing. By participating in any game, you acknowledge understanding of the applicable rules.
Random number generation (RNG) technology used in oakbet's electronic games is certified by independent testing agencies to be statistically random and free from manipulation. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers whose services are subject to their own certification and audit requirements.
In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during gameplay, oakbet's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game session is final. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical failure, the applicable bet stakes will be returned to the User's Balance.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oakbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or acts outside oakbet's reasonable control.
oakbet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While oakbet takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
oakbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false identity information, or any other activity detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Real Funds balance remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where the breach involves fraud or criminal conduct, may be subject to legal hold pending investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure.
A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting oakbet support. Prior to Account closure, any outstanding Real Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.
If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a payment, or any other aspect of your Account, you should contact oakbet's customer support team in the first instance. oakbet's support team endeavours to resolve all disputes within five business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted via the Platform's support channels.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the matter shall be escalated to oakbet's compliance team. oakbet's decision following compliance review shall be final and binding, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
oakbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oakbet will notify registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You and oakbet agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process.
